| Probably because everything in this country is a joke...our education system is a joke...crime prevention is a joke...our President's out of control s3x drive with Sonono Khoza is a joke...our traffic law enforcement is a joke...but you are right Rian, no laughing matter. |

| Heavy vehicles, Buses, Taxis and VIP conoys are above the law in South Africa. They may not be prosecuted. That is the joke. |

| I will add the photos of two accidents in two days on the N1 outside Polokwane. This is a PROOF that the basterds cannot drive but are called bus drivers. 23 poeole killed!!!!!! |
